Many of our services have hyperlinks in the service descriptions to other related or pre-requisite services.  When ordering for yourself the links work fine.  However, if you are in OOB mode and click on one of these links, it switches the user back to ordering for themselves and gives no indication of the switch.  Has anyone found a way to link to a category or service that maintains the OOB info if present?

 I've been able to overcome the link issue on service forms (instructional text, etc) by using ISF to generate the correct link, but don't have that ability when browsing and searching for services.

Hi Tylor H,

The problem you're seeing is related to the UserID/CustomerID variable being contained in your link.  You'll need to strip that out using a link similar to the following:

Link to a Category (replace "ID" with the CategoryID number):

...RequestCenter/myservices/navigate.do?categoryid="ID"&query=catalog&

Link to a Service (replace "ID" with the ServiceID number):
