Does anyone have a good method of offering optional software along with a PC? I have different service delivery steps for PCs and software, so I'll need them to be separate services. I also don't think I can offer it in a bundle because not all PC requests will require additional software (thought I could be wrong here).
I need the service requests to be tied somehow so that those working in service delivery have a simple way of knowing they need to load X software before sending out the PC.
