Portal 9.4.0 Login error

HI,

I am installing Cisco Service Portal 9.4.0 and get the error "CSP invalid Login".

Where should I be looking for the setting??

I am installing Service Portal Installer setting

• SQL Server (RequestCenter / RCUer)
  
• JBOSS(Server is on)
  
• Cisco Service Portal Administrator ( PW : 1234Qwer ), also confirm,

Was this upgrade or fresh install? What error do you see in server logs? Is there a reason you are installing 9.4 and not 9.4.1?..

It is always good idea to contact TAC for help with something like this, especially if there is an error in the log file.
