We have been requested to migrate our TES Admiral DB from SQL 2005 into SQL2008. Any compatibility issues that we might need to be aware of?

For 5.3.1, you need to review the SQL Server 2008 Support documentation provided on the latest 5.3.1 CD2 - SQL2008 Support directory
For 6.x, it is compatible for both 2005 and 2008 SQL Server.
