TES hotfix bundle releases for July 2013

The    Cisco TES product team would  like to announce the avalibility of  hotfix bundles for 5.3.1, 6.0.2,  6.0.3, 6.1.0, windows and unix agent.

Is it possible to get the readme for 6.1 without having to download all zip file?  Or do I have to log case for that?
