We have juste recently moved up to v5.3.1.350 of Tidal and are now experiencing issues withour Email triggers firing off even though no email was sent to trigger the event.
Has anyone encountered this, and if so what is the fix?
Example:
At 5pm on 3/1 and 6pm on 3/2 we received an email that was a test of the Tidal email mailbox. The user that triggered this event was
'ftpadm'. The problem is there is not an email event set up for this user. (our email triggers are all defined to be triggered by an email being received from a specific person with a specific email subjectline.) Since this sender was not setup to trigger one of our email events then why was the event fired off?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
