Another area we endeavor to do better on is onboarding new users and and helping them get started. While routine formal training with Cisco and third party is always the Cadillac of options, just curious to know what others do for their new users:
- Are your users required (compliance/security or company policy) to be formally trained prior to using Tidal in PRD?
- Do you have a formal certification process in house (not using outside training) for onboarding new users?
- How often do you conduct in house training? Do you use the delivered Tutorial and Reference Guide PDFs for training material or have your own Tidal knowledgebase and training guides specific to your company/environment? Do you use recorded or live in house training?.
- For those with resource and budget constrainsts - Is training mostly OTJ/buddy system or is it mainly trial by fire.
- For those without budget constraint - how often do you engage outside help with Tidal training?
