Hi Team,
When we try to send email notification from CPO process, it is showing as email sent successfully. but email not reached to inbox. The process is showing successfully.
We have tested the SMTP server and it is saying that email sent successfully.
Do we need any other settings configured?

Could you please provide more detail about your SMTP server? Most likely this is a misconfigured SMTP server,
Please check your run time user permission , security on the SMTP server and the SMTP server configurations.

Can you ask your email server admins to check send and receive requests for the inbox you are sending to, etc? Once CPO sends the request, it's over to the email server and CPO has no control.
