I'm trying to figure out why a 6945 phone only shows internal missed calls. The user says it used to work for all calls but quit doing that a while back. I gave her a 7841 which works perfectly for internal and external calls.
I have the phone here, trying everything I can find. Factory reset, I deleted the phone and re-created it, etc. It's running 9-4-1-3SR3
