Hi, I have found that CP 7905 won't register to CCM (5.1.3) after restart, if configured with disabled DHCP and maually configured IP address, gateway and TFTP servers. There is a message "Configuring CM List" on the phone display. After a reset the phone boots and registers well. It means, 7905 should not be used with DHCP disabled.

CallManager Version (please include SR or ES if any).
Is the issue with one phone or is it with all the phones.
What is the phone load?
It might be an issue with the switch configuration. So, please confirm if this phone is on the correct VLAN. Also try to connect it at the port on which any working phone is connected.
