7911 Foward Key

Hello.

I have installed a CUCM 5.1.3

It works fine except for a issue that i found. The 7911 sometimes losses the forward key. The only way that i can solve this is by deleting the phone and configure all again. This is happenning in the whole system, this is random and usually just one phone at a time.

Has this happened to anyone? How to solve this?

The phone load is: SCCP11.8-3-2S

Hi,

I'm not saying this is the best answer,and I am not an expert, just a new user myself. What usually works for me is when something flukey happens with features disappearing, etc, I usually restart tftp and that usually corrects the problem.
