Hello.
I have a 7912 IP phone which is not registered by dhcp. Only one time was recorded by fixed ip. I have a CCM 6.1.2.
I wonder if there is any way to fix this from the phone.
Is the only phone that does not register. The rest of the registered phone well.
Thank you

Hi Daniel,
Could you please clarify a little bit more.
Using fix ip address i assume.
What is the message you see in the IP Phone?
Mask, Default GW VLAN is correct?
Inline power?
Switch config the same?

Hello,
My CM is ccm 6.1.2 with ip 10.3.0.61, mask 255.255.128.0, IP phones only need to register. It is a model of work.
IP Phones:
Assigned the IP address 10.3.0.69 (with mask 255.255.128.0), but not recorded. In this case the message is setting CM list.
The other case was to work with dhcp, erasing all of the IP phone configurations, the message is configured via dhcp ip ... never recorded.
Perform the same task with different IP phones 7940 and 7960. They were successful.
Thank you!
