7915 Expansion module not working...This is urgent

Hi All,

I have got an issue with 7915 Expansion Module. It's not coming up.

I'm using CUCM ver 7.x. I have configured the phone button template and assigned it to corresponding phone(7962) in CUCM.

Do I need to configure anything on the phone. I have attached the screenshot. Please advise me. This is urgent.

You need to configure the phone device in CUCM to enable the expansion modules. Go to the device page and scroll down to the expansion modules section. See attached image.

Do I need to configure Module Load name?

I just wanted to make sure the expansion module, is it 7915 24 Button Line Expansion Module or 7915 12 Button Line Expansion Module? bcoz here a module contains only 12 buttons rite. Could it be 7915 12 Button Line Expansion Module? Please give me a clear picture that how we choose the exp. module on the phone page?
