7940 CFwdAll Working Improperly

When I set my 7940 to CFwdAll it forwards both my primary line and my secondary line, I want it to only forward the primary line.

I've been told that it's supposed to only forward the primary line and not the secondary but apparently something is different about my setup.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks!

You've already asked this

https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12500346/794060-modifying-cfwdall-functionality

As Chris pointed out, the actual behavior is that you should not be able to change anything beyond the primary line. Not even sure how you managed to do that, there are several enhancement requests which actually ask for that to be included in the phone features. We have no way to change this, as this should not even be happening. CUCM has nothing to do with this, it has no settings to do that.

Thanks for the answer and your patience, maybe I'll just chalk this one up to an anomaly.

Like has already been stated, this should not be happening.  It has to be a bug or something.  However, I don't see a related bug.

Is the second line shared and is it forwarded to the primary line on the 7940?

Just grasping at straws.

When not forwarded, the second line rings ok.

Both lines are entirely independent.

We use very different configs for our 7940/60 phones than the rest of the series and the only difference I could see was that the other phones have a line:

<callForwardURI>x-cisco-serviceuri-cfwdall</callForwardURI>

So to my knowledge we aren't messing with call forwarding for the 40s and 60s at all.

This situation can be replicated on all of the 40s and 60s so I assume it has something to do with the config.
