What does this mean? It occurs infrequently and intermittently but occurs non the less.
User has a 7940 with two line appearances. She is in a pickup group.
On occasion, when she gets a call, a lowercase n appears just to the left of her active line (not the incomming call info but the line appearance info.
n 1234 telephone offhook icon.
Doesnt matter if it is an inside or outside call.
