7975 IP Phone conference issue

Hi,

I am facing one issue with 7975 ip phone. We are using Call Manager Express Version 7, If i press conference softkey on this phone i getting one error like, no lines available. What i can do for trouble shooting this issue. i try to reset the phone and done the recreation of the phone also. Still i m facing this issue. Please forward to me if you know about it.

Make sure the line is a dual-line (or octo-line)

Single lines cannot do conference/transfer
