Is there a way to add Hold and Transfer softkeys to an 8865 video phone so they are displayed while on a video call?
CUCM version 12.5.1.15900-66, phone firmware sip8845_65.14-0-1-0001-135.
The options are there when making an audio only call.
But they disappear when making a video call.
I know the Feature Control Policy can be used to modify softkeys, but Hold and Transfer are not available options.
And I know these features, are available as Hard keys, so please don't ask why I want this.
Short answer: 'A high profile user wants it'.
