8945 recording audio and video

Hi all,

I have a third party solution for recording calls, (SIP Trunking and BIB enabled in phones) but when I try recording a device type 8945, only audio is send to Recording Server.

Somebody knows how is H.264 is sent to Recording Server or how its works in recording environment in a CUCM topology !! I´m search all cisco documentations and ready all Features and Services guides, but nothing about H.264 !!!

AFAIK, video recording is not possible at this time and is on the roadmap (CUCM 9.5 tentatively).

Do you know if have another method to do this video recording? Something like Cisco MediaSense or another third party application approved by Cisco ?

Yes, mediasense can do this as per SRND:

Though I've never tested how it works, it appears it should do the trick for video recording.
