Hi,
i have a "little" problem with the 89xx phone series.
After upgrading the phone FW at version 9.3.2 or higher the phone display does not longer show the busy message. Only the busy tone is heard at the handset. I have notice that this problem appears with different CUCM version e.g. 9.1.2 or 8.0.3.
There is no problem when the phone is running phone FW 9.2.4
Does anybody have a solution or facing the same issue?
