about ICMH NAM logger install

i'm installing ICMH's NAM

When i install NAM logger on server  the IE auto shutdown

and  on my PC i open IE install logger the IE no response

someone help me please !!

when i click the add

the IE will shutdown...

this is logger side B 

the side A is install OK

but now i can't view the config of logger side A

when i click logger A the IE also shutdown
