After restart CUCM 5.1.3 not able to reach from the network

Hi,

I faced one different issue, i restarted the CUCM 5.1.3, after that i am not able to reach the server. But i m able to reach all other servers in the same cucm cluster. From the particular server I am able to reach the all out side network. But from the PC I am not able to reach particular server. Aftre approximate 1.30 minutes automatically start to work. But one thing i noticed that in the same time i m able to ping all other subscibers from this particular server.

If any body can give me the idea on this issue it will be very much thankful.

I dont think its the server...best thing is get local access to server connect to same switch and verify:

1. NIC is active

2. CUCM blocking other subnets other than its susbcribers

3. Connect to pc and ping from same switch

Follow up with your network admin, and check traceroutes
