Hi, I'm new to VoIP and I'm trying to set a SIP trunk, right one everyone has me dizzy and now I have this question, are the SIP server and the IP PBX the same thing? I received two IP addresses from the service provider, one is claimed to be the IP PBX and the other to be just server. The IP PBX is reached through port 5060 and the server they mention through port 5076. Are this two IP's related or I should only use the PBX?

Thanks.

You need to confirm the terminologies with your provider but I think they
meant the SIP server to be the server to register and authenticate the
calls which you will configure under sip-ua. The IP PBX is the session
target you will configure under your dialpeers.
