Hi,
I have some problems with configuration of ATA187. I use CUCM v.8.0.3.
The device properly received firmware and config file from TFTP server on CUCM but cannot register to CUCM - it shows unknown/unknwon for respectively registration status and IP address.
As I tried to debug ATA it showed:
2000/01/01 00:45:32:743 IP phone is in non-secure mode
2000/01/01 00:45:35:226 Succeed to get XMLDefault.cnf.xml
2000/01/01 00:45:37:606 Succeed to get ATA187.9-0-3-0.loads
2000/01/01 00:45:39:155 File Not Found : CTLSEPBC0C217D9E01.tlv
2000/01/01 00:45:39:161 No CTL installed
Later on, I found out that CTL relates to some certificates which enable ATA to establish secure connection to CUCM what would make sense because the device is not seen in CUCM at all but the SIP profile is set to non-secure which in turn does not require TLS secure connection - besides, I cannot choose any other option than non-secure SIP in CUCM.
I believe that such simple device as ATA does not require so many addtional configurations/installations to let it work but I may be mistaken.
Please provide solution to this situation as I'm stuck on this and cannot proceed.
