ATA 192 always off hook

HI,

I just purchased a used ATA192. 

I did a factory reset, but the Phone 1 led and Phone 2 led are always flashing green. 

I see both ports off hook when I look the GUI.

This append whether there is a phone plugged in the port or not

Any idea why?

Hello @patarseno 

Try using a different power source or adapter to see if it resolves the issue.

Also try to update the firmware. Check if there are any firmware updates available for the ATA192 and update it to the latest version. This can be done through the ATA's web GUI.

HI,

I did the upgrade and changed the power adapter.

Still as soon as I plug the ATA192 both ports are off hook.

I will ship back the device, probably a delect.
