Currently using Attendant Console 8.6. When the Receptionist transfers an external call to a internal phone using the AC, a 5 digit extension displays on our 7965G's. When answering the call, the telephone number will then display on screen. I was told that it previously never showed the 5 digit number. It always displayed the external caller's phone number.
I've changed some registry settings (see attached pics) hoping to fix, but no luck.
DirectTransfers = All
Any suggestions??

Hello,
Modifying the registry value should resolve it, can you make sure that AC client was closed before modifying the registry value and also try modifying another value as below:
1. Close down the CUEAC Console
2. Navigate to Start > Run, enter REGEDIT into the Run window
3. Navigate to these registry keys:
4. Set "Send BLF Calls to Service Queue" to "No".
5. Set "Direct Transfers" to "ALL"
6. Close regedit and lunch CUEAC Console.
