Hello Good People of Cisco. My organization has come to the point where we moved to a new Call Center option but we are keeping Call Manager/Unity Connection.
That being said we are going to decommission the Attendant Console piece of the system. I would like to know what goes into this process. I hope its not to complicated. I'm hoping its turning a couple services off and then remove the hosting server. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

You don't mention which AC flavor you have, but they all pretty much depend on a CTI integration, user/device association, etc.
The server itself you can just remove and do whatever you want with it, in CUCM just look at the config guide and then remove all the elements that were created by the server and any other user/device/association that was mentioned as required by AC.
