Some users have trouble logging into Attendant Console or they are unable to answer calls in the queue. Various issues but this is one of the errors we receive. I've attached the logs to this ticket.
This is one of the errors in our TSP logs: CSelsiusTSPDeviceList::SingleDeviceLineFetchCompletedInternalEventWorker() *ERROR* Could not find just acquired device [VGC152B0482AC04]
Also another error in the trace logs from Call Manager: |||CTIRegistrar(5,100,215,1)|||wait_CtiBulkDeviceRegistrationSubUnsubReq ENTER

Does anyone know what this means? Maybe a MGCP issue.

This is likely of no help to you, but I tend to have weekly random issues with CUAC and in almost every single case a reboot of the CUAC server/s fixes it. It's rare I find a reason for why CUAC does something unusual but a reboot almost always resolves it.
In fact I reboot the server weekly just to be 'proactive'.
