Attendant Console / Paging system issue

Hi guys,

My customer is having the following issue:

1. Incoming external call (cell phone) is arriving to attendant console receptionist.

2. Receptionist park this call in "Call Park" queue.

3. Receptionist dial *99 (paging system).

4. Users receive a notification (in the paging device) that  they should dial 9311 if they want to pick up the original external call.

5. When they dial 9311 from deskphones, the original call (cell phone) is showed in the deskphones but cannot connect.

Some userful info:

Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 8.6.2.22900-9

- Cisco Unified Attendant Admin Enterprise Edition System Version: 9.0.1.10

- Call Park Number / Range: 931[1-9] configured in Cisco Unified CM Administration subscriber in the phones partition.

- Cisco MGCP FXO Port configured in Cisco 2921 voice gateway for paging system.

- Route pattern *9.9 with discard digit predot. Gateway and class clasification in this RP is well configured.
