We are currently using a monitoring tool for network devices. I have been asked to research the possibility for Call Manager to make an automated call based off of an email/SMS alert from the monitoring software. Though I have been using Call Manager since 4.11, I've never had this request. Being that I thought this was an interesting question, I figured it would be a good first post on the Cisco Forums. Thank you ahead of time for any replies!

You probably would need to look into developing a JTAPI/TAPI application to make CUCM place a call after certain condition is met in your monitoring system

That's the route I thought I would have to take. Was just hopeful that someone had already done this and could throw some guidance my way! :-) I appreciate the response!
