I want to use our service-now platform to automate MACDs in CUCM majorly configuring soft phones/CIPC for new hires. We have a team which can help in service-now orchestration. I need to know what would i need from CUCM side to make it happen. I have to submit my requirements to the service-now guys, hence need an overview of the things. Thanks in advance.
