Hello, looking for advice on where to look to trouble shoot an issue with a BE4000 ( ISR4321/K9). See issues below.
Version 16.10.1a ES3
9 phones
- Client reports BE4000 phone system not working
- Discovered the ISP change the static public IP for them.
- Updated all relevant network equipment with new static IP.
- Verified network is working, no issues accessing internet.
- Can remotely access the BE4000 and see unit is reporting online.
- Verified settings in the device have not been reset.
- Calls INBOUND to client result in a fast busy
- Client's cannot call outbound.
- Does the new public IP need to be adjusted within the BE4000?
- Any other ideas on what could cause fast busy?
