Hi,
Call Manager 6 platform.
How can I block the Caller ID for 2 specific directory numbers when they dial any external number?

I tried creating a new 9.@ route pattern and set the Caller ID to restrict. I then created a new CSS and Partition for the 2 phones.
For some reason it seems that this route pattern is being used globally, and is restricting Caller ID for all phones.

The process is very simple, you mentioned you created a new CSS and PT for phones?? because that doesn't make sense if you want to block the CLID from those 2 phones in the RP for PSTN outgoing calls.
You need to create a new CSS and PT FOR THE ROUTE PATTERN.
Then make sure only those 2 phones have that partition in their CSS.
In the RP use the calling party transformations to block sending their DN.
