CUCM 7.1 Linux Servers.

This process works fine, but is very time consuming for users. Anybody know if

there is a way for users to import via an excel document?

Can you upload from an excel format instead of keying every contact one by one ?

If you mean via CCMuser, no.

The only ways are CCMuser, CCMadmin or BAT. BAT involves exporting all details and then reimporting with the speed dials.
