I have a lot of user that were imported via the Bulk Import utility using a User Template and now need to update them. The Field I want to update is the "Caller Input" for option "0" for groups of users.
Does anyone know the "field" parameter to make this change? I have been unable to find any such field.
Is there an option to update the users via a User Template? This would be a nice feature, but haven't been able to find how to if it is available.
TIA
Jason

I found the answer to my own question on a different posting.
I exported all the users then, created a spreadsheet for each location.
You actually use the Bulk Edit by CSV located under the Users.
I was able to select the Field for Caller input, change the 0 option and update. Worked on 171 phones Now I have more to update.

With standard Unity, you would use the Bulk Edit utility. The best source of information is here:

If you are using Unity Connection, then I'd suggest taking a look at the following thread:

You cannot update existing users by making changes to the Subscriber Template. Templates are only specified/used when creating new users.
