C40 Telepresence save option autoanswer

Gentlemen, Good morning!

 

I would really like to take a doubt, a customer has a C40 video end point on a specific site, it leaves the option "Auto Answer" in ON mode, but for some power problems in the locality every time the equipment is reset he comes back in OFF mode, can you tell me if there is any way to force this change? even saving after the change does not remain.

Is the endpoint provisioned somewhere? 

If yes please check what is the auto answer settings on provisioning server?
