One user reported that calls to the main line number is getting disconneted after the first ring.
The issue is not happening always.
Gateway:H.323 and E1 PRI
Somebody please help me to find the root cause.

You will have to enable trace for a longer period and and capture the event when call is getting dropped.
Then only root caused can be analysed.
Also please provide the info. regarding what setup you have and which calls are getting dropped, and which are not getting dropped, it is not clear from your post.

Hi,
use debug isdn q931 to check the cause of dropped calls.
kindly share your gateway config to check dial-peers.
