In our call manager installation i have got a problem with our primary menu selctions not being accessable thru mobile phone keypads, Landlines work ok.
Where the caller is prompted to select menu option, this only works from mobile phones sporadically when the number on the keypad is hit multiple times in quick succession, where the correct menu selection is accepted procession normal.I have tried this on many phones and get the same result.
Has anyone got any ideas what may be causing this and how it could be fixed.

What version of CCM are you using .Hope your ccm hitting bug

I am using 6.1 but the problem also existed when i was using 3.3
