I have a PA who has both her bosses lines terminate on her phone as line 2 and line 3. Is there a way to Call Forward All the 2nd and 3rd lines by pressing the CFA button? When I select the line the Call Forward All button is greyed out. I'm running CUCM 9.1.2. The PA refuses to use the CCMUSER webpage to forward those lines.

It seems system limitation in getting CFA button working for other lines except the primary one.

As Suresh mentioned, ssing the CFA button on the phone you can forward the calls of primary line only. This information has been documented in the defect below :

But you can give your users CCMUser page access and they can forward the calls of the secondary line using the Web GUI interface.
