Hi I have a client with a UC540, who wants to divert incoming calls to an external number. The problem is that when the client makes this divert the caller hears a tone, ten seconds of silence and more tones (the external number does not start ringing until these last ten seconds.). The lines are fxs. How i could reduce that time?

Hi,
This sounds like you are using the default inter digit timer of 10 secs
Try adjusting this
on cli config
!
telephony-service
timeout interdigit 4
!

Hi,
I am assuming that the outgoing call forward goes to the PDTN via the FXO ports
Can you add
!
voice-port 0/1/0
timeouts interdigit 5
!
!
voice-port 0/1/1
timeouts interdigit 5
!
!
voice-port 0/1/2
timeouts interdigit 5

voice-port 0/1/3

Yes, client only have two fxo lines. Inbound calls from analog pstn line are forwarded to analog gsm gateway conected to fxo port.

The problem persists. Could it be that the UC, look for line in all FXO ports?

Yes is delayed, I will try to change the gsm gateway, because it seems to hang randomly.
