call forward, voicemail

Hi dear experts.

Please help to solve problem.

We have exchange server and call centre system in department of technical support.

Number of technical support is 555.(Hunt list, hunt pilot) And we configure them to forward unanswered call to voicemail. But exchange server does not support 3-digit number. Only 4 digit.

for the solution of this problem we create pilot number 5555 and forward unanswered calls from 555 to 5555. When call passed to 555 call is forwarding to 5555 but unanswered call not forward to voicemail of 5555. Unanswered call forward to voicemail of 555. But exchange server not support voicemail for 555.

How i can forward unanswered calls to  mail of transwered number 5555?

Hi Nihad,

Instead of forwarding 555 to 5555, try to use Translation Pattern and translate 555 to 5555, under Call routing > Translation pattern.

All the rest of the configuration stays the same.
