Call Manager 7.x SSH and GUI password recovery

Hi,

I need to recover SSH and GUI passwords for my client running Call Manager 7.x. I anyone knows about it, please point me to the documentation. Also, if anyone has done it before please advise..

You need to have physical access to the box (can't do it remotely).

Log in to the console with username "pwrecovery" and password "pwreset".  Follow screen prompts to recover SSH password.

Once you got SSH password recovered, you may reset GUI password from command line.
