hi friends
i am having one call manager in UK.
and i send some phones to other branches in other countries,in one particular site the phone is register with the call manager,
when i am trying to call other extension it is ringing and if somebody pick the call nothing hearing .
plz give me the solution

Hi Zeus,
If phone registers but not audio it may be a routing problem.
Check routing between IP Phones involved in a call, check NAT, FW, VPN, connections, VLAN.
should be ip connectivity bewteen endpoints.

in my phone the default gateway showing as local lan default gateway ,
but in that place we need to put voice gateway ip or lan gateway is ok

While your description of the problem leaves much to be desired in terms of information we need to help you, here's something anyways:
There has been a recent hot bug regarding MGCP with G.729br8 and no way/ one way audio.
Try entering these commands on the MGCP gateway you're dialing into:
mgcp behavior g729-variants static-pt
mgcp behavior dynamically-change-codec-pt disable
or better yet,
Go into your service parameters, and change "Strip G.729 annex b" to TRUE.
