Call never end.

Hi all.

One of my client has problem with call disconnection.

When my client try to end outbound call, call connection is not disconnected.

My client calls to my cell phone(or my office phone)

and my client ends call.

But in my cell phone, call is not END.

My client is using call manager with SIP Trunk.

any solution?

hi, check the "SIP session expire Timer" value.

If it is not set, set the value to 1800 sec i.e. 30 minutes or what ever needed.
