Call Park Feature

I have a client that says when they park a call sometimes they do not receive the park number to call back on their phone. Has anyone experienced the same thing?

if the configuration is correct, try tweaking the Call Park Display Timer and Call Park Reversion Timer from the service parameter.

I have adjusted the display timer reversion timer with no changes coming from that. After talking more to the client it is only happening on Cisco 9951. External call comes in, user parks the call on the 9951 it should display in the caller ID box but in this case it will not. If the caller stays on it will come back to the user that parked the call.
