I have a two server CallManager cluster which is used for feature testing and demonstrations. Last week I tried to show an engineer how to re-install CallManager 4.3. Using the subscriber server we installed the operating system with no indicated issues. When we install the CallManager software we receive an error indication that CallManager failed to install Microsoft SQL 2000. We did not receive this error when the cluster was first installed.
The server I am trying to install the software onto is an MCS 7825-I3, part number 74-5016-01*
If I use the same software on another server model/type the re-install works fine?

Just to clarify the problem. The two servers in the cluster came with version 4.3 when they were purchased. They installed from new with no problems encountered. The fault has only appeared when trying to re-install CallManager 4.3
