CallManager 5 extension Mobility

I am trying to get Em going on callmanager 5.0.4 and I cannot find the IP phone services to start or when I try to subscribe to the url the subscribe links are not there, what am I missing? I have the Extension mobility service

Did u create EM Service in the Phone Services?

You need to activate the following two services

Using Cisco CallManager Serviceability Administration, Service Activation, activate the following Cisco Extension Mobility services:

?Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility

?Cisco CallManager Cisco IP Phone Services

The IP phone one is not there, I cna create the URL's but there is no where to susbsribe t them and I suspect because the phine services are not there and I followed that guide to a t.

Cisco CallManager Cisco IP Phone Services is not on the publisher that thye are only available on a subscriber
