Hi Guys.
I am having CUCM Version 8.5 and Cisco 7942G IP Phones. I am configuring an IP Phone Service in CUCM which points to a .jsp url of my organization.
I configured this service as "Web Link" service type.
After configuring the service , i have subcribed a 7942 phone to this service. but when i press the "Services" button in ip phone, i don't get this service in list.
Can anyone tell me, is it the right type of service i am configuring or their is some compatiblity issue with 7942 phones or is their any other issue??
