Cannot able to transfer the second call

Hi,

We have an IP Telephony set up with CME 2921 router with version 9.1.We have 8961 SIP Phone for receptionist.

The issue is cannot able to transfer second call for the receptionist.

For example Reception Ext. 100 got incoming call from Ext. 200 and answered the call, at the same time Ext. 300 calling to Reception Ext.100.

Put the first call on hold(Ext.200) and answered the second call and need to transfer to another extension.This time transferring is not happening.

I have attached the sh run and sh diag for the same.We have 60 channels for the E1 PRI.

It seems MTP issue. have you configured one and you have enough PVDMS?

We have 2 numbers of PVDM3-32 .At the moment we are using 45 channels  for the E1 PRI only.So can I use rest of the free 15 DSP from the PVDM for configuring the MTP or required a dedicated PVDM for this MTP configuration?.Attached show diag and show run in my earlier post.

Please let me know how to configure MTP in cme.

If you can provide any sample config. would be highly appreciated.
