cannot make outgoing call and getting a cause code of 34 and 47

Hi All,

We cannot make a outgoing call using the FXO ports of the Voice Gateway and we are getting a busy tone. Already checked the FXO lines and directly connected them to an analog phones and lines are confirmed working. Voice Gateway is currently registered to the CUCM as MGCP. During our testing and debugging of calls, we found a cause code of 34 and 47.

I attached the Show run config and also the logs from debug voice ccapi inout. Appreciate if you can help us. Upon checking the cause code 47, it is indicating resource unavailable or Internal resource allocation failure.

can you share below debugs for a failed call

debug mgcp packet

debug voip ccapi inout

debug vpm signal

Collect above debugs together not separately.

You can try to register a transcoder and apply it to the MGCP GW to see that works.From error 47 it does sounds like codec mistmatch issue.
