IS there a paticular CAR report that can be ran to see how many calls from a branch traverse the WAN to look at bandwidth utilization? I can look at the SIP trunk to the PSTN GW but that is not a call where the RTP is traversing the WAN like Unity connection and ON-NET calling does.

Hi, CAR won't show you amount of bandwidth. It can show you number of minutes across specific trunk and if you know the codec you can find out the bandwidth. This isn't the ideal way.
Ideally, you should have a proper bandwidth tool to do so.

I'm just looking for a report for the amount of calls traversing the WAN from a particular site at a given time. I can figure out the bandwidth based on codec choice and overhead.

CUCM does not recognize whether a call is on LAN / WAN / MAN, etc, you would need to run the reports based on calling / called numbers that you know are across the WAN to get some data, you probably want to look into a 3rd party reporting tool that can use locations for reporting to get some data
